Our experience, at work
Our extensive experience shapes the way we both see and approach our work.
It gives us the tools to recognise what matters, quickly spot patterns, make connections and most importantly, the confidence to know where focus belongs.
What we do + our work
Our work spans a broad range of disciplines. Explore the areas below to see what we do and examples of our client work.
-
Understanding how the business works, where the opportunities are and what needs to happen to move it forward.
Project: Subscription Model Testing
The need
An off-grid cabin retreat business was considering introducing a subscription model and wanted to understand whether it was the right proposition for its customers and the business. Our work
We developed a mock-up of the proposed subscription offer and tested it directly with customers through one-to-one research, exploring the proposition, its appeal and how it might work in practice. The research gave the business the insight it needed to make a clear commercial decision: a subscription model had potential, but it wasn’t the right time to introduce it.

Project: Student Lifecycle Mapping

Project: CRM Integration
The need
A growing training academy was managing student and prospect data across multiple spreadsheets, making information difficult to maintain, access and use in real time. As the business grew, it needed a more reliable way to manage its data and support relationships with prospective and existing students. Our work
We introduced HubSpot as the central CRM, bringing contact data together in one place and creating a clearer structure for managing prospects and students throughout their relationship with the academy. We worked with the team to organise and migrate existing data, establish the CRM structure and integrate HubSpot with the academy’s website and day-to-day operations. This gave the team a shared, up-to-date view of its contacts and a stronger foundation for managing communications and the student lifecycle.
